Services are booked online through the salon's GlossGenius page. Some services need a conversation first: new extension guests must have a consultation before booking, and color correction requires a consultation where the final price and timing are set. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

For extensions, the Extension Installation fee covers the installation only, so the hair itself is an added cost. Clients who already wear extensions can book a Mini Moves maintenance visit, which is available only within six weeks of the last extension appointment. If beads are missing, stitching needs repair, or the extensions need to come out, the salon books a Full Move-Up instead.

Color options range from a quick all-over single-shade color and a gloss with a blowout to foil and balayage highlighting. The salon sells gift cards in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
