The menu is grouped into three areas: color, extensions and haircuts. Color covers all-over color, balayage, highlights, lowlights, root work, vivid colors and corrections, with the more involved vivid and corrective work starting with a consultation. Extensions include hand-tied, tape-in, halo and Great Lengths systems, and the salon names hand-tied extensions as its most popular choice. New extension clients can book a complimentary consultation with any stylist to review the extension types available.

Hair + Company is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. The salon says it has been voted Oklahoma's best hair salon five times, a claim the salon makes about itself.

Clients should give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee. Cancelling with less notice is charged at 50% of the service cost, and same-day changes or cancellations are charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in a full charge and a request to reschedule. A no-show is charged in full and blocks rebooking with any stylist until the balance is settled. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments, so clients should plan to attend alone, and required forms should be completed before the visit. The salon states it does not sell client personal information.
