The salon aims to give clients the hair they want with the service they deserve, while keeping the hair in good condition. Its stated goal is to become the leading hair salon for the League City and Friendswood area, which is the salon's own aim rather than a ranking. Services are built around a conversation first: The Perfect Consultation is free and adds about ten to fifteen minutes to talk through the client's hair before any work begins. New color clients are asked to call or book a consultation so their service can be set up in advance. The salon says it uses only the products and chemicals it considers the best for clients' hair.

Each client is provided with a cape that has just been washed and sanitized. Styling tools, including combs, brushes, clips, clippers and guards, are cleared of hair and product and sanitized between clients, and shampoo bowls are sanitized after every use, in line with Texas Cosmetology Board sanitation rules. Every service carries a one-week guarantee. Chemical services are also guaranteed, provided the professional products the salon recommends, which are purchased at the salon, are used. The salon advertises a 100% risk-free guarantee: work that doesn't meet expectations is redone at no charge, and a client who is still unhappy can receive a refund. Defective or unsatisfactory professional products may be swapped for a replacement or exchanged for credit, except Rusk Touch-Up powders and products that have been dipped into with fingers.

Appointments booked online are subject to confirmation. The salon sends a text one week and again two days before an appointment, and clients can ask for a phone call instead. Clients are asked to call to cancel, even at the last minute. Clients more than ten minutes late may be marked as a no-show and have services rescheduled; a courtesy call follows the first missed appointment and a no-show notice the second. Clients with three or more no-shows in six months may be limited to walk-in booking. Online bookers for cuts and styling should use the New Client Services category to allow consultation time. For requests not on the menu, the salon asks clients to call and ask.
