The salon says it cares for clients in mind, body and spirit. It describes a calm, cheerful room where everyone can be themselves. Services include shampoo and a head massage, and a silent cut is available on request. The salon also works with clients recovering from hair trauma.

Bridal and special event styling can be done in the salon or off site, with the salon traveling to the client. Some looks need more than one appointment to reach the result the client wants.

Booking policies: appointments are strongly recommended, and last-minute openings are posted on Instagram. A credit card is required to book online. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a non-refundable 50% fee applies, and missed appointments are charged the full service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment changed or rescheduled. Clients unhappy with a result should contact the salon promptly; redo requests are accepted within two weeks. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for store credit. The salon is open Wednesday 11 am to 9 pm, Thursday 11 am to 8 pm, and Friday and Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Parking is in the rear lot.
