Hair Club has offered hair restoration solutions since 1976. Its Ontario center, off I-10 in San Bernardino County, is staffed with hair health consultants and stylists. New clients start with a complimentary in-person consultation that uses TrichoView technology to measure the hair and scalp.

Recommendations are built around the individual. The Loss Prevention and Regrowth Program pairs an at-home regimen with regular center visits for scalp services and haircuts. Costs depend on the recommended solution, the extent of hair loss and the procedure, and are given after the consultation. Financing options are available.

Non-surgical choices include Laser Hair Therapy with a take-home laser cap worn several times a week, and HairClub SMP, a scalp micropigmentation service that creates the look of hair or stubble and is matched to existing hair color. Xtrands+ is a custom-fitted hair replacement system matched to color, texture and density. HairClub RX is a DNA-informed personalized treatment, and BioGraft pairs transplant surgery with non-surgical hair replacement.

Surgical hair transplants use FUE and FUT techniques as outpatient procedures, and surgical consultations are with a physician who specializes in hair restoration. According to the business, non-surgical replacement shows results right away, regrowth treatments may take three to six months, and transplant results typically appear around four months with full growth in nine to twelve months.

The business says it is the only provider offering in-person services through more than 100 centers across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, and that it has helped more than 500,000 clients nationwide.
