Only one guest is served at a time. Five minutes are left between appointments so the station and tools can be cleaned and sanitized, and combs, brushes and towels are washed and sanitized after every use.

The salon is open by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, with Friday hours from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and it is closed on Tuesday and Thursday. Appointments can be booked online, though Saturday, Sunday and Monday bookings are taken by phone only at 202-361-1188.
