Visits start with a booking process. New clients fill out a digital consultation form, then hear back by email or phone within 48 hours before the appointment is secured, and a deposit may be asked for at that point. Chemical services always begin with a consultation, which carries a fee, and deposits for chemical work are collected during it. Color appointments include an allergy test, and if a client is allergic, the color is not applied.

Some practical details: guests can't bring family or friends, since the suite has limited room.
