Color services range from root touch-ups for grey coverage and toners or glosses to lowlights, mini foils, solid dark color, highlights and balayage. Partial and full highlights include a blowout and curls, while the full balayage lightens the ends across the bottom half and top.

Extension work is a specialty. Appointments include weft move-ups for six to eight week maintenance, sew-in weft installs, K tip and tape-in installs and removals, and wash and blowout visits. An extension consultation of about 25 minutes reviews options and pricing before any hair is ordered and color matched. Brow waxes are also offered, and a hair treatment or mask includes a wash, blow dry and style.

Hours run seven days a week, from 10 AM on weekdays and Saturday, with closing times between 4 PM and 8 PM. Cancellations need at least 30 hours' notice, and later or day-of cancellations carry a 20% fee. New clients pay a deposit that depends on the service, and deposits move to a rescheduled appointment without a fee but are not refunded for late cancellations of booked time. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
