Consultations come first for several services. A color consultation costs $30, takes 30 minutes and requires a $25 deposit. It includes a strand test and a plan covering whether the chosen color is achievable and how to get there, and clients must send three to five photos of the color they want. Color services cannot be booked without this consultation. A trichology consultation costs $100 and takes 60 minutes, with a $25 deposit. It covers hair and health, a look at the scalp and a treatment plan, and it is required before trichology appointments. Hair loss therapy also requires a consultation within the last three months.
Appointments are requested rather than confirmed, and any required form must be completed; requests are held for 48 hours. Booking opens one month ahead, with availability released daily. Clients should arrive with their hair detangled and free of styles, and tangled hair adds a $50 charge. If detangling runs past 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled. No extra guests are allowed, including small children. Clients who have not visited in over two years must book as new clients, and if the wrong service is booked the request is denied with the deposit refunded.
Deposits are 25% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 72 hours ahead forfeit the deposit, while those made more than 72 hours ahead have the deposit refunded to the card on file. Clients may reschedule once using the original deposit. Recurring appointments must be canceled within a week or a 25% fee applies. Remaining balances can be paid by card on file or cash, and all payments are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Business hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM and Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
