Color is a major part of the menu. Options include a free 30-minute color consultation, all-over color, root touch-ups, men's color, and custom foil work in three sizes: a face-frame highlight, a half head of balayage or highlights, and a full head. Partial and full foil services include toner and a simple style. Perfect Blonde is a longer service that also includes toner and a simple style, with length and thickness priced separately. Gray blending and color correction are also offered.

Texture waves add curl with a permanent wave, and a non-formaldehyde keratin treatment is offered for smoothing that the salon says lasts up to 12 weeks. Treatments range from a custom conditioning service and a hair rescue treatment meant to improve strength and elasticity, to a scalp recovery service that begins with an in-depth scalp analysis. A haircut and conditioning combination is also available.

Hair extensions are offered after an extension consultation of about 15 minutes, which is used to discuss options. A hair deposit is required, and deposits are nonrefundable. Styling options include blowouts with shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage and a round-brush finish, shampoo sets, event styling on dry hair, and curling or flat iron styles.

Booking policies are firm. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 75% of the reserved services, and no-shows are charged 75% of each service booked. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least two days ahead to avoid a fee. All payments must be made in full before another appointment can be booked.
