Options range from a gloss and toner refresh for shine and reduced brassiness between blonding sessions, to subtle foil brightness around the face and part, partial and full foil highlights or lowlights, and Lived In Color, a low-maintenance blonde with blended dimension and seamless grow-out. Root touch-ups cover grey and regrowth between sessions, and all-over color gives solid color from roots to ends. Color correction handles major changes, box dye, and uneven color; because timing and price depend on hair history, it requires a consultation before booking.

Color changes start with a consultation of roughly fifteen minutes, covering goals, hair health and a tailored plan. Cuts include the Signature Haircut, which comes with a consultation and precision cutting, plus a separate cut for girls 12 and under, shaped to their hair type and length. The Signature Haircut doesn't cover pixie cuts, very short bobs, stacked bobs, clipper work or barbering, so anyone with hair shorter than chin length is asked to send a message before booking. Treatments on offer are a scalp detox, a hydration treatment and Olaplex repair.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice; a 50% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours. No-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in custom amounts, and gift card sales are final.
