The New York studio is a storefront inside an apartment complex on the Poughkeepsie waterfront. It is private and works by appointment only, so walk-ins are not seen. Clients are offered snacks, coffee, tea and Prosecco during their visit.

Color is a core part of the menu. Balayage is done freehand, highlights are applied with traditional foiling, and root color can be finished with a glaze. Haircuts are shaped around each client's individual style, and the salon says it takes care to source only high-quality hair for its extensions. Extensions are hand-tied and blended with the client's natural hair, and the consultation is free.

Bridal work covers weddings, photoshoots and special events. Bridal hair can be done on-site at a venue of the client's choosing, and trials are offered before the wedding day. Bridal parties can book blowdry, flower girl, curls, blowdry with curls and updo services, and three package tiers are available. The Diamond and Platinum packages include champagne, fresh juices, seasonal fruit and, for Platinum, baked goods and a touch-up gift bag for the bride and her guests; their prices cover hair only. Bridal inquiries go through an online form, and the studio notes replies can take up to 72 hours.

Intense conditioning treatments include the Deluxe and Luxury treatments, two Oribe treatments (Mirror Rinse and Serene Scalp Scrub), and a Scalp Treatment. The Scalp Treatment uses a tea tree shampoo and conditioner with a scalp massage and is also available as an add-on to cuts, color or blowouts. Keratin treatments are offered as well.
