Between color appointments, clients can book root retouch for grey coverage, which the salon suggests every four to six weeks, or a gloss or toner to add shine, condition, remove brassiness, or richen tone, suggested every six to eight weeks. Women's haircuts include a consultation, shampoo, hair mask, conditioner, custom cut and blowout, and the salon suggests returning every two to three months. A wash, blowout and style visit is also available for those who want styling without a cut.
Custom color services require a $50 deposit to book. Bookings can be made through the Book Now button on the salon's website, and gift cards are sold. The salon charges a 30% cancellation fee and asks clients to let it know as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment.
Hours are Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 1 PM to 6 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 1:30 PM.
