Extensions are a large part of the menu. Methods include tape-ins, sew-ins, quickweaves, bond-ins, keratin and K-tip extensions, I-tip extensions, invisible bead rows, hand-tied wefted rows, mesh integration and clip-ins. Prices depend on the method and on whether the client supplies hair, since some installations do not include it. Consultations are advised before extensions, color, custom wigs, weddings and hair-loss concerns, and some methods require one before booking.
Silk press is sold per visit or in packages. Fine or medium hair, medium density or long hair, and thick or long hair each have their own pricing. A three-visit package saves $100 and a six-visit package saves $175, depending on hair type, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. A Brazilian blowout is offered for frizz from $300, with results described as lasting up to 12 weeks.
Wigs are a separate line of service. The salon builds custom wigs with closure construction or U part and V part units, installs U part, V part and full wigs either glueless or sewn down, replaces lace closures, and maintains wigs made by the salon or brought in from elsewhere. Brides and wedding parties can book a trial for $50, which includes a bridal consultation used to set up a pricing menu.
Policies: the salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Initial booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling color, extension or appointment services carries a 50% fee, other appointments need 48 hours notice, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Gift cards come in set or custom amounts and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
