The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, with Tuesdays available by appointment only; it is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Each client is booked individually, and the stylist does not overbook, which keeps the setting private.

Extension work follows its own process. A consultation is preferred before booking a weave appointment, and removing a previous sew-in or de-matting are priced separately from the install. Complimentary trims are offered between appointments.

The booking policies are clear. Cancellations up to 24 hours before a service carry no fee, while cancellations within 12 hours are charged an additional fee when rebooking. No-call, no-show clients are blocked from booking, and children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio builds a plan toward the look a client wants and gives advice on keeping hair healthy between visits, on the view that a good cut is the foundation of a good style.
