Color is made to order here. Each client receives a tailor-made color formulation, and the suite offers only custom color services. The Keep-up package (2 to 2.5 hours, from $200 to $250) covers gray coverage, gloss, or all-over maintenance along with face-framing highlights. The Maintain package (about 3 hours 15 minutes, from $325) refreshes partial highlights or partial balayage across the top, sides and crown. The Transform package (about 4 hours 15 minutes, from $465) covers full highlights or balayage, full-head touch-ups and significant color changes. Each package includes a cut and a blow-out style, and the Keep-up and Maintain include a hair mask and gloss.

Other services include The Cut, a haircut without color that takes about 1 hour 15 minutes and starts at $100. It includes a luxury shampoo with a hot towel scalp massage, a signature conditioning treatment, and a cut shaped to the face. The Smooth is a Brazilian Blowout smoothing package that takes 2.5 to 3 hours and starts at $300 to $350. It is meant to reduce frizz and add smoothness, shine and manageability, with results lasting 3 to 6 months, and it must be booked at least two weeks before a color service. Add-on treatments include a deep conditioning treatment ($25), a repair and shine treatment ($45) and Olaplex ($65).

New guests can book one of three options: Can't Get Enough Blonde, I'm All In Blonde, or Just a Cut. Quoted prices are starting points and can rise with the amount of product used, and a price range is given before the appointment. Extra bowls of color or lightener are $15 each, and additional service time is $30 per 15 minutes. Payment is accepted by Square invoice, Zelle, or a card kept on file. The suite is not currently taking new clients for pixie haircuts or vivid fashion colors, and it does not offer short pixie cuts.

Custom color is formulated for each client, and every service is shaped around that client's hair and routine.
