The color menu runs from simple refreshes and gray coverage to full color changes, balayage in reverse, partial and full versions, and solid blonde with global bleach. Toner and gloss services refresh tone and cancel unwanted shades without bleach, and bleach touch-ups are suggested every six to eight weeks for clients keeping a blonde.
Haircuts include a wash, cut and style. Hair Plastic Surgery is a two and a half hour treatment that smooths frizzy hair while adding protein and moisture. Extensions are not booked straight away: clients contact the salon for a consultation and pricing, and a 30-minute extensions consultation can be booked online.
Every service requires a non-refundable deposit that secures the appointment and is applied to the service on the day. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit, while cancelling more than 48 hours ahead moves it to the rescheduled date. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are automatically canceled, and rebooking then requires a new deposit. Adjustments can be requested within 72 hours of a service, but refunds are not issued. Listed prices are starting prices and can rise depending on products used and time needed.
