The salon offers beaded and hand-tied weft extensions made from cuticle-aligned, 100% human hair. The salon says it uses only the best extension hair.

A deposit is taken for all appointments. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable and services are not refundable. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is accepted, and the deposit can be applied to one reschedule. The salon says it will work with clients to resolve any dissatisfaction with a service. eGift cards are sold in $35, $45, $55, and $95 amounts or a custom amount.
