New guests can book a free 15-minute consultation before their first service. Color work blocks out the stylist's schedule for the full appointment. Color correction and fashion colors are booked after a consultation and charged by the hour, with a $75 deposit. Some services carry add-ons, such as a product charge when extra color or perm solution is needed, and Olaplex or toner can be left out of highlight pricing, so it is worth asking what a quote includes.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice, or a 50% fee may apply. No-shows and last-minute cancellations can be charged up to the full service price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and they cannot be refunded.
