Slay Wednesdays is a weekly $152 option offered at discounted rates on large knotless braids, soft locs, butterfly locs, goddess locs and invisible locs. Some styles include hair in the price, such as Zoe Kravitz Braids and Monica Braids, while hair is not supplied for other services.

Booking follows firm rules. Same-day appointments are not offered, and a slot must be confirmed by 9:00 PM the day before or it is released to the waitlist. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late lose the appointment, so running late means texting before the start time. Bookings are final, with one reschedule allowed per appointment. Retainers are non-refundable, and cancellations under 24 hours or leaving mid-service are charged the remaining balance. Braid services booked after 9:00 AM carry a $30 start-time fee, except 2 feed-in braids and braid downs. Hair must arrive freshly shampooed, fully dry and detangled with no product, and shampoo is an add-on at checkout. Prices are not negotiable. The business does not perform touch-ups on other stylists' work. Clients must be 12 or older, and little kids are not serviced, though the business can recommend someone for them.

Clients can join a loyalty program, a referral program or VIP booking, and gift cards in a $52 credit amount never expire. The online store sells wigs, hair products and cosmetic products, including braid bonnets, lash strips, hair growth oil and braid care packages.
