Color is the largest part of the menu. Options run from a standard color and color retouch through double process color, balayage and balayage retouch, bleach and tone, full and partial highlights with toning, and a secret two-tone peekaboo service with its own retouch. Toner is available as a separate service.

Cuts include a women's cut, a men's cut and a bang cut, which is a shorter appointment. Men's color and men's perms are also listed, including a men's down perm as a quicker option.

Texture and styling services include root volume perm, permanent magic straightening, a Brazilian Blowout keratin smoothing treatment, a repair treatment, shampoo and style, up-dos, and weft extensions.

Appointments run from 15 minutes for a bang cut to about four hours for balayage and bleach work, so clients planning a longer color service should book accordingly. The salon asks for 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled on shorter notice or missed cannot be rebooked. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and must be rebooked. Clients are advised to allow time for parking and traffic.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Newsletter sign-up and an Instagram feed at @lenahhair are available.
