Blonding includes partial and full highlights, mini face-frame highlights, platinum blonding and lived-in balayage, with platinum root retouches recommended every four to eight weeks. Color covers root refreshes, solid color, a fall gloss and glow with a custom gloss, hydration treatment and signature blowout, a color and gloss package, and bold vivid shades that need a consultation and a long appointment.

Extensions are Bellami and Invisible Bead Extensions. New IBE guests start with a free consultation, and extension hair is quoted separately. Treatments include perms, keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing.

Booking requires a card. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to the service. New clients booking mini highlights pay a $60 deposit, and vivid colors carry an $80 deposit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, a no-show is charged 30% of the service total, and arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling. Clients receive a confirmation text 24 hours before their appointment.
