Color appointments are booked through the salon's contact page. A color consultation can be done in person or by text message. Dry cuts can be done on dry hair or on hair with spray, and clients booking one are asked to arrive with hair clean and blow dried straight. Girls over six who want a shampoo and blow out are directed to a women's haircut rather than the kid's cut, which is spray and cut only for children nine and under.
The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. A 50% cancellation fee applies, so clients are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible if they cannot make an appointment. The salon lists twelve accepted payment methods.
