Booking starts by choosing a location and then reserving through the salon's online Square booking site. New clients complete a New Client Form and sign a service agreement before an appointment is confirmed, and a nonrefundable deposit goes toward the total on the day. The free consultation lasts 30 minutes and can include a test strand if needed, so clients can talk through their hair goals and a plan before committing to a service.
Color corrections require an in-person consultation before booking. Final pricing for many services is confirmed beforehand, based on hair condition, desired results, product use and the extra time needed. Las Vegas is open daily, while the Kauai studio is closed on Sundays and keeps shorter hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
Each visit starts with a free consultation to talk through hair goals and map out a plan, and final pricing is set after the hair's condition and the desired result are assessed.
