The menu is organized around blonding, color, cuts and bridal styling. Blonding is offered in mini, partial and full versions, depending on how much of the head is being brightened or dimensioned. Color services include root touch-ups, gloss refreshes, all-over color and a service for guests who want to go back to deeper shades after bleaching or highlighting.

New guests have their own booking options. Color visits begin with a consultation, color matching or shifting the formula, the color application, then a haircut and blow-dry. A digital consultation is also available before booking, so guests can talk through their hair and goals ahead of time. Major color changes or services not listed online can be requested by email.

For weddings, the business offers in-salon and on-site trials, and styling for the wedding party and mothers. Clip-in extensions can be placed on the wedding day, but makeup is not offered in-house; makeup artists can be recommended. Stylists also travel to events, with a per-mile charge applied beyond 30 miles from the salon.
