Every new client gets an in-depth consultation covering the look, the process, timing and pricing before booking. New clients booking a first color service complete an online form first, while those booking only a haircut for a first visit can skip it. Virtual consultations are also available through the same online form.

Services fall into four groups: color, lightening, cutting and styling, and treatments. Color includes brow color, root touch-ups, glazes, grey coverage and men's color, along with haircut-and-color bundles. Lightening covers balayage and highlights. Cutting and styling runs from children's and men's cuts to women's cuts, blow-dries and curls. Treatments include deep conditioning, a Leaf and Flower three-in-one mender, custom treatments and perms priced by consultation.

Appointments include an aromatherapy shampoo. Booking requires a credit card on file, which is charged only if the cancellation policy is not followed. Clients can text the salon at 323-793-4131. All listed prices are starting prices.

Consultations are one-on-one and shaped around each client's own style and vision.
