The salon is open by appointment only: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9AM to 4:30PM, and Saturday from 9AM to 2:30PM. Complimentary drinks and snacks are offered during appointments, and silent appointments can be arranged on request. The salon follows up with clients within a week of a visit.

Color is the core of the menu. Lived-in blonding, balayage and dimension for brunettes include a gloss, a root blend and a blow dry, and a base color change can be added for $150. Transformative (Full) is an all-over lived-in color using babylights and highlights, suited to first-time guests or anyone returning after eight or more months without color. Maintenance (Partial) refreshes lightness at the front, crown and sides and is typically booked every three to six months. Grey coverage is offered as a single-process root touch-up or as a root-only service, and all-over solid color without bleach is also available.

Color correction, including correcting box dye and at-home color, is priced at $120 per hour and requires a consultation and strand test first. The flat $720 option includes a haircut and products and takes about six hours. A strand test is required for box dye or darker color and for clients wanting to go significantly lighter. The in-person consultation with strand test is a 30-minute session that assesses current color and lightening goals, and the strand test fee is credited toward a later service.

Smoothing treatments include a keratin option that reduces frizz, adds shine and slightly relaxes curl, and a gentle option that controls frizz while keeping natural curl or wave. Both results last about three months. Haircuts include a Haircut and Blowdry with a personalized consultation, dry cut, wash and blow dry, and a 30-minute express cut for maintaining a shape between visits. The shortest cut offered is a bob, and pixie and clipper cuts are not available.
