Owner Kim Laslo is a stylist and alternative hair specialist who has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years. She also teaches hairstylists and salon professionals through Alternative Hair Education, which she founded, and she has worked with Remy human hair for years.

Every client receives a private, one-on-one visit. New clients book a consultation before any other service, and the wait list only opens to people who already have a booked appointment. Appointments are offered Tuesday through Saturday, and off-hour scheduling can be arranged by text or email. Clients are asked to agree to SMS reminders when they book.

Custom wigs, toppers and bondable systems are made from 100% cuticle-intact Remy human hair, and hair replacement systems are made from European human hair. The salon also carries synthetic wigs and HD heat-defiant wigs, along with Indian and Asian human hair pieces and European hair in grey shades. Lace front wigs have each hair hand-tied to the lace. Wigs and toppers are sized and fitted individually and come in a range of textures, curls and lengths, and they can be colored, cut and styled to suit the client.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and no hard credit checks. All alternative hair sales are final and not refundable.
