The studio's approach centers on scalp health and intentional styling. Treatments such as deep conditioning and protein treatments are chosen according to the condition of each client's hair and scalp, and protective styles are installed with the hairline in mind to help healthy growth. Clients are also guided on caring for their hair between visits.

The menu covers natural hair styling such as two strand twists, Bantu knots and flexi-rod sets; locs services including retwists, cultivation and maintenance; braids and twists such as box braids, Senegalese twists and crochet braids; and sew-ins and wigs. Hair extensions use single drawn hair rather than hair grading. Most installs take two and a half to three hours, and extension hair is expected to last six to nine months with proper care. Listed prices start at $15 per loc for reattachment and run up to $240 for box braids.

Appointments are required, and the phone line is for texts or voicemail, so bookings are made through the booking button. Cancellations at least 24 hours before an appointment are free; later cancellations are charged 25% of the service price, and no-shows 50%.
