Each visit starts with the client's everyday life in mind. Hairstyles are shaped to suit how a person lives, and low-maintenance hair is a priority. New color clients can book a 15-minute consultation beforehand to talk through their hair goals before choosing a service.

The aim is for clients to leave feeling lighter, whether that comes from a trim, a fresh color or a relaxing appointment. The salon has been set up as a calm room for clients to unwind, recharge and connect, and client reviews on the home page describe visits as a self-care hair day. Clients also get advice on which products to use at home.
