Appointments are set around the studio's hours: Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Monday, Wednesday and Sunday closed. A color consultation costs $20 and is credited toward a color appointment if one is booked, and an extension consultation costs $50, with that deposit applied to the hair purchased. First-time QiQi clients also need a consultation before booking.

Several services carry specific rules. Conditioning treatments, scalp scrubs and gloss or tone are add-ons and cannot be booked alone; they must go with a service that includes a blow dry or haircut. Blonding clients are asked to return for a retouch every four to six weeks, and longer gaps are charged at full blonding pricing. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $75, $100, $150, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

Each appointment is worked out with the client, choosing color and shape that suit their lifestyle and personality, with styles that lean feminine and move well.
