Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts for adults and for children 13 and under, clipper cuts, blowouts, and bridal and formal styling priced by consultation. Treatments include a Redken deep conditioner, Brazilian Blowout express and full smoothing services, and a permanent texture wave.
Booking comes with clear rules. A credit card is needed to book online, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service price, and missed appointments without notice are charged the full amount. Future bookings can't be made until any fee is paid, and the salon may decline clients after repeated cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or custom amounts and cannot be refunded.
The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varied hours each day, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Color work is approached as a creative process, with a free consultation before many services so the result can be planned around the client's goals.
