Treatments include a QiQi permanent treatment that can straighten hair, refresh curls or make hair easier to manage, and a Brazilian blowout, a non-permanent smoothing process that adds shine and calms frizz. Extensions, either sew-in or tape-in, are priced after a consultation. Bridal styling is available, including a trial appointment.

Consultations run 15 minutes and should be booked at least two days ahead. The salon has no formal cancellation policy but asks for 48 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule.
