Before a visit, clients are asked to bring reference or inspiration photos. Anyone booking color should mention any box dye, henna, or previous chemical treatments, and booking two to four weeks ahead is recommended, especially for color. Balayage, highlighting, extensions, color corrections, color packages, and all other services require a deposit, which goes toward the total and is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with proper notice.
Julie works with professional-grade hair products that are vegan and ammonia-free, including lines from Redken, Matrix, and Wella. Extensions are K-Tip style, made from 100% human hair, and the studio says they can last three to six months with proper care before they need reinstalling.
Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made on shorter notice may bring a 50% fee before a new booking is made, and a no-show without notice is charged the full service price. Future bookings may require prepayment. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes after their appointment time might have to reschedule or have the service shortened. Guests are limited during appointments, and children must be supervised at all times. The studio accepts cash, Zelle, Cash App, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay. Tips can be given in cash or through Zelle. Clients who refer friends and family receive a free gift from the studio.
