The color menu includes root touch-ups for grey coverage or retouching, a root touch-up combined with a haircut, an all-over color with a customized cut, partial and full highlights, a partial highlight with root touch-up, a money piece of custom front-piece highlights, a gloss or toner that adds shine and neutralizes unwanted tones, and a longer Ultimate Blonde service. Several color services are finished with a gloss or toner, a cut and a style.

Haircuts are offered for women, men and children under 10, along with a women's dry cut and a quick bang and neckline trim. Styling options include a blowout and special occasion styling for weddings, proms, parties and other events. A scalp detox and massage uses a deep cleanse to remove product buildup, oils and impurities, followed by a scalp massage and nourishing products. Eyebrow and lip waxing and a conditioning add-on for extra moisture are also available.

Bookings are made through the salon's GlossGenius booking page. New clients booking a blowout or scalp detox pay a $5 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service price.

The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Thursday and Sunday.
