Jennifer has more than 21 years of experience in the hair industry and has worked with thin, fine, thick and textured hair as well as every color range. Redheads and clients planning vivid colors need a consultation before their first appointment, and the free consultation takes 15 minutes.

Appointments are offered Tuesday through Saturday, with later hours on Tuesday and shorter hours on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Services use Kérastase or Davines shampoo and conditioning products. Toner or gloss is not included in highlight, balayage or color prices and is booked separately. The stylist decides whether toner is needed and removes that add-on at no charge if it is not.

Policies cover cancellations, no-shows and service concerns. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Concerns must be raised within two days of a service, and any adjustment at no cost is offered only within that window after the client returns for inspection. Salon services are not refunded. Recording, photographing or live streaming from the chair requires the stylist's approval. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon describes itself as focused on customer care.
