Hair By Jenna is in Suite 108 at 12201 Bella Italia Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. Appointments are booked through its GlossGenius page. The studio is closed Monday through Thursday, open Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The menu covers cuts, clipper work and color. Haircuts are done on dry hair and can be paired with a blowout, a scalp or face massage, a gloss, or a conditioning or strengthening treatment. Color options include full permanent color, all-over and partial highlights, a money piece with face-framing foils, hand-painted balayage, and toner. Custom color is quoted after a consultation, for which clients send a photo of their hair along with inspiration pictures. The portfolio includes balayage, reverse balayage over platinum, platinum blonde, shag cuts with all-over color, and short cuts.

Color correction is billed by the hour, starting at $100 for a 60-minute block, with a $50 deposit required. A free 20-minute consultation covers color correction and gray blending. Brazilian blowouts are also offered; they reduce frizz and can add curl for up to 12 weeks, starting at $250.

For weddings, there is a bride's updo at $200, a $75 trial, and updos for bridesmaids and mothers at $100 each. The bride's updo does not include a travel fee. Packages include six shampoo and blowouts for $200, and a shampoo and blowdry package for $80 that adds a scalp treatment and heat style. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout. Gift cards are available.

Payments are accepted, and the About page lists twelve payment options. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
