Services are grouped under hair. Cuts and blowouts come first, followed by color work such as gloss toning, root touch-ups, partial and full foil highlights, full color and balayage. Extension installation and adjustment and a keratin smoothing treatment are also offered. Specialty color for fashion shades and corrective color for home-colored or dark hair being lightened are booked after a consultation and charged by the hour, and corrective work may take more than one appointment.

Two monthly memberships are available. The blowout membership is priced at $90 a month and includes two blowouts, with unused credits saved where the studio allows. A higher-priced membership at $110 a month covers two services a month and is aimed at clients with thick natural hair or extensions. Members book services as usual, and their benefits are applied at checkout in the studio.

Clients can pay in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
