Appointments can be booked online through Gloss Genius or by calling Jacey directly. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee of 20 percent of the reserved service, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated, with the same fee applying.
