Visits typically begin with a paid consultation, where the stylist looks at the hair, talks through goals and plans a color and style. New clients are asked for a small deposit toward a consultation, and a larger deposit for several of the color and cut appointments.

Color work is the main focus. Options range from a seamless all-over color and a seamless balayage with strategic foils, to root retouches for existing platinum clients and multi-step transformations for hair that has been colored or lightened before. The longest appointments are built to allow several color steps in one visit, finished with a blowout.

Treatments can be added to most services. An Aveda scalp detox and a Milbon repair treatment, which includes a five-week take-home Milbon product, are available as add-ons or as stand-alone sessions. Payment can be spread out with Buy Now, Pay Later, in person and with approval before the appointment.
