Every appointment is tailored to the client's daily routine, facial structure, eye tone and skin coloring. Color consultations are complimentary and run about half an hour. During that visit, the stylist discusses what the client hopes to achieve with color, quotes a price, and maps out how often the color should be refreshed.
Color work ranges from gloss and single-process color to lived-in balayage, full and partial foil highlights, and fashion color. Grey grow-out blending and correction of all-over damage from at-home color are offered as separate appointments, each with its own process and timing.
Most cut, color and highlight appointments include a shampoo, conditioner, scalp massage and a styling finish. Keratin smoothing is offered for clients who want frizz reduced, curl pattern softened and less blow-drying time, and the business says it uses an all-natural smoothing system.
Services are customized to each client's lifestyle, face shape, eye color and complexion.
