The business has served customers since 2000 and focuses on busy women who look after others and have little time for themselves. It opens earlier than most salons so appointments can fit around clients' schedules, and making clients look and feel good is its first priority.

In-home appointments are typically offered anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, and special requests may be accommodated. Starting prices are $250 and vary with the services booked. A $50 deposit is required for in-home hairstyling; it covers travel within 10 miles of the salon and is not counted toward the service. Visits farther than 10 miles carry an additional travel fee. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday.

For in-home visits, the client sets up an outdoor space with access to a sink and an extension cord for heat styling. When the appointment involves dye or relaxer, the client goes indoors to rinse. Clients at the salon can enjoy coffee, wine and wifi. The business does not offer braiding at this time and does not provide services outside hairstyling, but it refers clients to other local small businesses for nails, makeup, facials and similar services.
