Appointments are booked through Glossgenius. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies every 20 minutes. Services valued at $150 or more need 48 hours' notice to cancel without a fee, and other services need 24 hours. Shorter notice carries a 45% or 35% cancellation and rebooking fee respectively, and no-shows will be banned.

Loc work is scheduled around upkeep. Loc retwists are recommended every four to six weeks, and a $35 fee applies if maintenance goes past two months. Coil barrels are recommended for upkeep every three weeks or less. Micro-link sew-ins last six to eight weeks, with maintenance suggested every three weeks.

Sew-in services include detangled hair and a minimum of three bundles, plus a closure if selected. Bundle washing and puzzle pieces cost extra. Hair extensions are available to buy at the salon.

Booking is structured: new clients consult first, and timing, late-arrival and cancellation rules are posted up front.
