Tape-in extensions are the preferred extension method at the salon. They are applied with double-sided tape, can last up to two months, and can be reapplied as natural hair grows. A free consultation is offered before extension work, and extensions are not eligible for sales or discounts.

Clients can book by phone, text or through the website. Color is priced individually: clients text photos of their hair along with the services they want, and a quote follows. Haircut pricing includes the consultation, shampoo and styling, but a haircut is not included in color, perm or keratin pricing. Keratin options include an express treatment and a smoothing treatment that lasts up to 12 weeks, and conditioning treatments can be booked alone or added to other services, with any protein treatment decided at consultation.
