Newer clients can start with a $35 consultation, which runs about 30 minutes and covers hair history and goals. The fee is credited toward a later service if the client books one. Anyone who has previously had dark color and wants to go lighter is asked to book a color correction consultation first, and some lightening work may take more than one session to reach the intended result. Services are shaped around each client's goals and the condition of their hair.
Color work covers a range of options. Root touch-ups for regrowth and gray coverage use permanent or demi-permanent color and include a shampoo, conditioning and a blowout. All-over color applies one shade from roots to ends. The all-over color package adds an in-salon deep conditioning treatment, a take-home color-safe treatment and a blowout. Balayage, highlights and lowlights are available in several sizes, from a face-frame highlight to a full head of highlights. Highlights are not suited to hair with black box dye, heavy dark artificial buildup or significant color banding. Color correction is a multi-step chemical service to fix, strip or change unwanted color, priced per hour with a minimum appointment of three to three and a half hours.
Pricing depends on how long the hair is and how thick it grows. The short-to-medium cut with a blowout is designed for hair ranging from just above the shoulders down to shoulder length, with sparse to moderately full density. Longer, fuller, curly or textured hair falls into a separate cut and blowout that costs more. A flat iron finish can be added to any cut or blowout, and a blow dry on its own is also available.
