Care is one-on-one. Before any service begins there is time to talk through what the client wants from their hair, so the plan follows those goals.

The menu runs from children's and teen haircuts to color, highlights, balayage and foilyage, perms, and smoothing treatments including keratin, Wella Smoothfiller and Brazilian Blowout relaxers. Color correction and significant or corrective color changes start with a complimentary consultation before pricing is set. Services performed during a consultation visit are charged.

Listed prices are starting prices. The final cost can vary with hair length, density, product use, time required and the services needed. Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, which shows current availability. If unsure which service to choose, clients can contact the salon before booking.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by Zelle, Venmo, major credit or debit card, cash or check. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice by text, phone or email. Late changes are charged 50% of the scheduled total, no-shows 70%, and arriving 30 or more minutes late incurs a $50 fee.
