Color is a large part of the work. Options range from grey cover and retouch and face-framing highlights to corrective color, which can involve removing unwanted tones, evening out uneven color and restoring hair condition. Full color with a blowout is available, as are partial and full balayage. The full balayage price includes highlights, a root shadow, toner, a conditioning treatment and a finished style. Gloss and Style is a shine and tone service with a professional blowout, and a fee may apply for length and thickness.

Extensions are offered as Invisible Bead and tape-in methods. The business describes its extensions as luxury. The extension hair is premium, ethically sourced and matched to the client's color, texture and length. At consultation, the number of rows is recommended based on the look wanted: one row for soft volume, two for fullness with length, and three or more for maximum volume and length. Toning or custom color is added when needed for a natural blend. Invisible Bead maintenance is suggested every 6 to 10 weeks and tape-in extensions usually need maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. The cost of the extension hair itself is separate from installation pricing and varies by length, density and look.

New clients request an appointment through a consultation form, and booking details are emailed after review. A $50 nonrefundable deposit applies to the service total and is valid for 90 days, and can be sent by Venmo or Zelle. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, with a $50 fee for later changes. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a $50 no-show fee. All pricing is an estimate that depends on detail and timing.
