Color is the core of the menu. Services range from a gloss that refreshes tone, removes brassiness and adds shine, to root coverage, a full single-shade color, and dimensional highlights or lowlights with toner for soft, blended tones. Maintenance highlights that focus on the face, crown and back of the head are also offered, along with a complete look change for clients who want a bigger shift.

New color clients begin with a consultation, which looks at lifestyle, style and goals before a custom color is created. Consultations are 30 minutes and carry a $10 deposit that is applied toward a future appointment. Newer clients booking the Vibrant Beauty color service pay a $50 deposit.

Other services include a dry cut, a basic haircut with wash and style, and blowouts. Hair extension clients can book a one-row or two-row move up, and there is a separate blowout for extension wearers. Non-color services include a Korean eyelash lift and waxing for chin, lip and eyebrows.

Payment is accepted by card or cash, and a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and changes made inside that window are charged half the service fee. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full fee, as is arriving more than 30 minutes late without warning.

Color work begins with a conversation about lifestyle, style and goals, so each shade is custom-created for the client.
