Services fall into three groups: cuts and styling, blonding and dimension, and color customization. Cuts range from quick bang and neck trims for returning clients to longer new-client or transformation cuts, which include a consultation, wash and style. Blonding can be done as a partial application on the crown, front and sides or as a fuller application over most of the hair, and the two can be alternated over time. Face framing brightens the area around the front hairline.

Color work includes all-over single-process color for grey coverage, enhancement, darkening or refreshing tone, bleach and toner, lightener retouches for regrowth of up to five weeks, and color correction, which takes four hours or more and requires a consultation before booking. Specialty styling is available for events such as braids, curls, half-up or half-down looks and updos.

Appointments are booked online. New clients fill out the new client form before requesting a time, and booking requests can take five to seven business days to hear back on. Clients are asked to arrive on time, try to be no more than fifteen minutes late, prebook their next visit and bring realistic inspiration photos. Cancellations without 48 hours notice may be charged half the total, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount of the scheduled services. The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Tuesday.
