The menu includes men's cuts, wash-and-style and wash-cut-blow-dry appointments, and a full range of color: glosses and toners, root retouch with grey coverage, color correction, full and partial foils, balayage, and vivid shades outside natural hair colors.

Extension and length work is part of the menu too. A Mini Move Up washes and blow dries hair while moving up and securing extension beads, which is meant to hold for about four weeks until a full move-up. A dry clean for extensions removes, washes, glosses, treats and reinstalls them, and natural hair is washed and blow dried in the same visit. A traditional keratin treatment is also offered. Blow-out packages of 6, 13, 26 or 52 wash-and-blow-dry sessions, with bouncy blow-out or iron styling, each come with a saving over booking the sessions one at a time, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Booking runs through Glossgenius. Deposits are required for many services, at $30 or $50 depending on the service, and for new clients. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours half the base service price is charged; inside 24 hours or for a no-show the full base price is charged and any deposit is forfeited. The stylist may make exceptions at her discretion. Changes are handled by phone at 781 632 4429. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM to 1 PM, with Monday, Thursday and Sunday closed.

Appointments are planned individually, and color-heavy services such as vivids, balayage and color correction begin with a consultation.
